Training: AI CO-LEADERSHIP – Introduction and Information

AI Co-Leadership means using AI as a strategic partner and as your own agent to support decision-making, processes, and business models. This workshop is an introductory information seminar for leaders. You will learn where AI can genuinely and effectively support you as a decision-maker, how it can support processes within your organization, and how you can integrate AI into your leadership practice – without losing sight of your team.

A second part of the workshop is available for those who want to explore how AI can specifically be used as a leadership tool. In the second part, you will identify specific processes where AI can support you in decision-making and develop a tailored roadmap for your organization – while exchanging ideas and experiences with other leaders.

Speaker: Reinhard Willfort is Managing Director of isn – innovation service network GmbH in Graz and lectures in Innovation Management at Schloss Seeburg Private University. He is an expert in digital future technologies and in building digital innovation systems for companies and the public sector. As the founder of ISN GmbH and initiator of the European Digital Innovation Hub “Crowd in Motion”, he drives the digitalization of innovation processes across industries. His expertise is built on more than three decades of experience as an industrial engineer, entrepreneur, and innovation coach. Reinhard Willfort began his career as an IT apprentice at Siemens. Alongside his professional career, he studied Telematics and Business Administration at Graz University of Technology. He completed his PhD in Innovation and Knowledge Management, and the findings from his dissertation led to the founding of ISN GmbH. He subsequently founded six more companies and developed AI-based innovation software. Today, with more than 70 publications and over 120 successful innovation projects, he is one of the most prominent experts in the European innovation ecosystem.
