However, chatbots, deepfakes, and certain publications have been subject to specific transparency requirements since August 2, 2026. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the webinar, participants review their own AI use cases. They use these to build a concise AI registry and create initial use-case profiles: purpose, affected individuals and data, expected outcome, responsibility, approval, and supporting documentation. In doing so, it becomes clear why simply listing the AI tools used is not enough. The documented use case, its impact, and the responsibilities within the process remain verifiable. Since 2025, he has led the university course &#8220;Angewandte KI &#038; Business Innovation&#8221; (Applied AI &#038; Business Innovation) at Schloss Seeburg Private University. At FH Salzburg, he teaches academic work with AI as well as AI in design and product management. For the Landesakademie Salzburg, he trains executives in AI strategy and responsible AI use. As founder of KIRegister, he connects the EU AI Act with usable evidence and concrete workflows.
