Austria’s best ideas take the stage \u2013 at the 16th Austrian Innovation Forum<\/strong>, the leading annual forum for innovation in Austria. Over two days, leaders, researchers and innovators come together to question the status quo and boldly take new paths. <\/p>\n

Right in the middle of it on 7 October 2026: EDIH Crowd in Motion \u2013 AI, as part of the ideas challenge “Zukunft der Innovation \u2013 Beyond Optimization”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From 10:10 to 11:00<\/strong>, our workshop “CROWD IN MOTION \u2013 Wie Ideen Kraft entfalten”<\/strong> will take place. Reinhard Willfort<\/strong>, Founder and Managing Director of isn \u2013 innovation service network and a partner in EDIH Crowd in Motion \u2013 AI, and Christoph Schwald<\/strong>, Executive Vice President Research, Development and Innovation, T\u00dcV AUSTRIA HOLDING AG, will discuss with the challenge winners<\/strong> how ideas turn into real innovations.<\/p>\n

At 12:40, there will also be a dedicated moment on the main stage<\/strong>, where the winners of the “Zukunft der Innovation \u2013 Beyond Optimization” challenge will be presented live<\/strong>. The strongest ideas from the community challenge leave the digital platform and step onto the grand stage of the Austrian Innovation Forum. <\/p>\n

“Beyond Optimization” Idea Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the challenge, we are looking for bold, visionary ideas<\/strong> \u2013 not classic process optimisation, not yesterday’s best practice. Ideas can be submitted until 24 August 2026<\/strong>, giving you the chance to take part in the workshop and secure a ticket to the Austrian Innovation Forum. The challenge is run by EDIH Crowd in Motion – AI and isn – innovation service network<\/a> together with Succus Wirtschaftsforen<\/a> and T\u00dcV Austria<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The forum takes place at the ERSTE Campus in Vienna. Registration is required and participation is subject to a fee. The Austrian Innovation Forum is organised by Succus<\/a>. <\/p>\n
