In three compact keynote talks, this Open Innovation Talk shows how digital and AI-based solutions can help mountain railway operators move forward: from drones for alpine safety and smart visitor flow management to crowdfunding as a tool for financing and market testing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was organised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salzburgresearch.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salzburg Research<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.changetourismaustria.com\/heim\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Change Tourism Austria<\/a>, the<a href=\"https:\/\/een.ec.europa.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enterprise Europe Network<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/lakeside-labs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lakeside Labs<\/a> as part of the EDIH Crowd in Motion \u2013 AI and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ideaspace.cc\/\">IdeaSpace idea platform<\/a>. It is aimed at decision-makers and those responsible for innovation and digitalisation at mountain railway companies in the DACH region, tourism and destination managers in the Alpine region, and anyone who wants to actively shape the future of the industry.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three expert talks were recorded and are available as a learning resource.
