SUMMARY:Training: MARKETING & AI – Turning your brand voice into an editorial system
DESCRIPTION:More content is not the goal. The goal is a division of labour that lets a small team regularly produce\, review and reuse good content. \nIn this four-hour webinar\, you build a small AI team for your communications. The roles are clearly separated: research\, editing\, visual concept and review. All roles work with the same sources\, a documented brand voice and fixed handovers. You will learn how to build such AI teams for organisations at YMAD\, and how a single person can implement the same principle with a few roles\, a shared workspace and one clear sign-off point. This results in initial templates and a realistic 4-week plan. \nWhat you will take away: \n\nYou translate your brand voice into verifiable guidelines\nYou build a small AI team with clear roles and handovers\nYou define what AI prepares and what a human reviews\nYou leave the webinar with initial templates and a concrete 4-week editorial plan\n\nWho is this course for? \nMarketing\, communications and sales managers from tourism\, events and sport\, as well as hoteliers\, event managers and marketers of small sports businesses. The event will be held in German. \n  \n👉 Sign up here: Link \n  \nSpeaker: Momo Maximilian Feichtinger builds training programmes\, AI systems and agentic workflows that are used in real-world organisations with his company ZukunftBilden GmbH. Since 2025\, he has led the university course “Angewandte KI & Business Innovation” (Applied AI & Business Innovation) at Schloss Seeburg Private University. At FH Salzburg\, he teaches academic work with AI as well as AI in design and product management. For the Landesakademie Salzburg\, he trains executives in AI strategy and responsible AI use. As founder of KIRegister\, he connects the EU AI Act with usable evidence and concrete workflows. He has been part of the founding team of AI Salzburg / AI Wednesday since 2022\, which by 2026 has grown into a monthly AI meetup with more than 35 editions. \n  \nTitle image: AI-generated\, Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg

SUMMARY:Training: DIGITAL SUSTAINABILITY - It can be measured
DESCRIPTION:Banks are asking for it\, major customers are demanding it\, and regulation is not getting any simpler. Sustainability information is no longer just a reporting issue: it increasingly influences financing\, customer relationships\, and strategic decision-making. Yet many SMEs lack the time\, staff\, and budget for additional consulting on these topics. \nThis 90-minute course provides an introduction to CSRD and ESRS\, without getting lost in legal details. The event will be held in German. The focus is on three practical questions: \n\nWhich sustainability information does an SME\, sole trader\, or startup actually need?\nHow can ESG data be collected with reasonable effort\, digitally structured\, and used for different stakeholders?\nHow can credible sustainability information be used in financing discussions with investors and lenders\, customer relationships\, and business decisions?\n\nUsing concise examples and interactive exercises\, you will gain an introduction to ESG data management that fits your organisation. \n  \n👉 Sign up here: Link \n  \nSpeaker: Florian Follert currently holds the Chair of Business Administration\, in particular Accounting and Finance\, and is Head of the Doctoral Programme at Schloss Seeburg Private University in Seekirchen am Wallersee\, Austria. After training as a bank clerk and completing further qualification as a certified banking specialist (IHK) at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt am Main\, Germany\, he studied economics and law at Saarland University in Saarbrücken\, Germany\, from 2011 to 2016\, graduating with a Master of Science. During his academic training\, Florian Follert gained valuable practical experience in management consulting and in banks in Frankfurt am Main\, Düsseldorf and New York. Following his studies\, he worked as a research associate at the Institute of Auditing at Saarland University and\, in 2019\, was awarded a doctorate for a multiply reviewed and award-winning thesis on business valuation in the context of the squeeze-out of minority shareholders under company law. Together with his team\, Florian Follert currently focuses in particular on questions that link the fields of accounting and finance with the topics of innovation and sustainability. A further research interest lies in the analysis of the auditing market and its regulation. In the current ranking by the magazine WirtschaftsWoche of the most research-active business economists under 40 in the DACH region\, Florian Follert is placed 36th. \n  \nTitle image: Salzburg Research\, Shutterstock\, tech_BG
